Llyn Wren mysteriously entered my life through a "computer glitch" this past year. What I initially thought was a wonderful coincidence has since been proven to be much more.
Soon after we began to communicate with one another, her book How to Achieve a Fuller Life was published and made available for purchase. I now know why the Four Winds blew her into my life.
This past August I underwent surgery. The circumstances were not life-threatening, but life altering.  Prior to the surgery I quickly sped through her book without taking the time to absorb all of the information offered within. In the interim I have found myself to be an angry woman, angry to what I perceive to be toxic levels. With reconstructive surgery scheduled in December, I knew the anger needed to end. This time when I reached for Llyn's book I took my time. I read and studied every word.
The chapter on "Healing the Past" hit me right between the eyes. In this chapter is a very helpful series of questions. Taking the time to actually answer these questions and acknowledge my answers was very pivotal.
I am now working on interpersonal relationships that I suspect are contributing to the toxicity in my life. Llyn's words have been of great guidance.
It is my suspicion that Llyn's book will not only get me through this impending surgery, but will be referenced frequently throughout the rest of my life. Llyn and her words have truly been a blessing.
